Preregistration
We are asking all organisations and participants groups to pre-register, this is a simple process that can be completed online form OR by completing the electronic pdf.

On the day of registration
You can just register on the day. Please bring a completed printed registration form with any supporting documents i.e. proof of insurance (including Public Liability Risks) and submit to the Parade Admin Team, as these documents need to be in-place before the procession commences.

Where to join the procession
Access to the procession is via Headley Road and then The Avenue, as the top end of the Longmoor Road closes at 2.30pm.
