Your application will be submitted to the Carnival management team for approval.
You should receive an email shortly advising you of the status. PLEASE NOTE: Do not pay any money until your application has been approved & you are notified by the Admin Team
Please Note: your pitch donation must be received into the Liphook Carnival bank account by 20st October to guarantee your pitch.
The majority of the road closures will commence 6pm prompt. We require you to be in place before 6pm. Please note that, and you cannot leave until the roads are officially open again at circa 9pm. Should you not be in your allocated place prior to the road closures, then unfortunately we will not be able to admit you as otherwise we will be in breach of our road closure notice.
We would like you to trade at least between 6pm and 9.15pm, thereafter it is up to you what time you continue trading to.
The Carnival Parade will end at circa 8.30pm, followed by fireworks at 9pm. The funfair is scheduled to run until 11pm, therefore the streets will still be busy with people, providing you with the opportunity to make additional sales.
Location: you will be notified by email during the week prior to the Carnival.
Equipment: please ensure that you have brought along all your own equipment, tables, chairs, gazebos, power etc.

Speciality Items (e.g. Chestnuts, Jams, Preserves, Artisan Treats): £50
General Stalls (Non-Food or Drink):
Retail / Crafts / Games / Merchandise: £50
Registered Charities:
£20 (with charity registration number)
